行、住、坐、臥,保持常樂我淨,心地清淨,無雜念妄想,自然平靜快樂。
When walking, standing, sitting, and lying down, contemplate the four virtues of the Buddha’s dharmakaya (dharma body) i.e., the state of permanence (no arising, nor extinction), joy (tranquil and peace, free to move as wished), independence (states of great ease), and purity (liberated from all stains of defilement), and bear a pure mind without wandering or illusory thoughts, you will be calm and happy naturally.
