樂即是苦，苦即是樂，得到解脫，不苦不樂；若不了此，墮！墮！墮！墮！ One aspect of joy is suffering; and suffering is joy. When you obtain liberation, there is neither joy nor suffering. If you do not realize it, you will only fall and keep falling in your practice.
